4. Construction Method
1. Base Surface Treatment: Keep the base layer solid, clean and flat, remove dust, oil stains and loose residues, repair potholes and cracks in advance to ensure a uniform construction base.
2. Material Mixing: Pour clean water into the mixing container first, then add the mortar powder in proportion, stir evenly with an electric mixer for 3–5 minutes until a smooth, uniform and agglomeration-free paste is obtained, and let it stand for 2 minutes for secondary stirring before use.
3. Plastering Construction: Construct by manual plastering or mechanical spraying. Apply the mortar layer evenly according to the designed thickness, level and compact the surface to ensure no hollowing, missing or uneven thickness.
4. Curing Period: After construction completion, carry out natural moisture curing for not less than 7 days. Avoid strong wind, direct sunlight and water soaking during the curing period to ensure complete hardening and stable sound insulation performance.
5. Order & Delivery Terms
1. MOQ: Full 20ft container; small trial order can be negotiated.
2. Production Lead Time: 7–12 working days after receiving deposit.
3. Loading Port: Shenzhen Port / Guangzhou Port.
4. Payment Terms: 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance before shipment; Irrevocable L/C at sight is acceptable.
5. Supply Capacity: 3000 tons per month.
