Janpan Solid Construction Materials (Huizhou) Tech. Co., Ltd., established in May 2021 in Huizhou, China, is an integrated manufacturer specializing in R&D, automated production, and global supply of advanced building material systems.

We focus on six core product lines: dry-mix mortar, waterproof and anti-corrosion coatings, floor repair materials, tile installation accessories, external wall insulation systems, and base reinforcement solutions. Supported by low-VOC eco-friendly coatings, fireproof and sound-insulating inorganic coatings, and high-performance cement additives, we provide complete one-stop solutions for modern construction needs.

Equipped with fully automated production lines and standardized warehouses, we ensure stable stock supply and efficient delivery. Our business integrates online and offline channels, including Douyin and Pinduoduo platforms, serving real estate projects, industrial parks, campus infrastructure, and rural construction applications.

Development History

2021–2023
Foundation & Growth
Factory Construction and Product Development
Established in May 2021, we launched six core building material product lines and developed a complete construction material solution system. From 2022 to 2023, we completed standardized factory construction, launched dry-mix mortar, waterproof and thermal insulation production lines, and built R&D and quality inspection laboratories. In 2023, we received recognition as an Advanced Unit for Supporting Urban and Rural Infrastructure Development and obtained the Three-Star China Green Building Material Product Certification.
2024
Capacity Expansion
Large-Scale Project Supply in Greater Bay Area
We upgraded our warehouse and logistics system to achieve stable large-scale supply. We served over 300 engineering projects across Shenzhen and Huizhou, providing tile installation materials, exterior wall insulation products and floor repair solutions. Online sales channels were also established to integrate engineering supply, wholesale and retail distribution.

Technology Upgrade
Nationwide Channel Expansion
We expanded production capacity with eco-friendly coating and waterproof material production lines, introduced advanced UK chemical formulation technology and built a professional R&D team for low-VOC green materials. We obtained ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 certifications and expanded our distributor network across multiple provinces.

Brand Upgrade
Building an Industry Benchmark
We continue to strengthen low-carbon production, environmental supply chains and sustainable manufacturing. We obtained the ESG Typical Practice Case Certificate for Building Material Enterprises, demonstrating our strengths in green production, social responsibility and governance. We are moving toward becoming a leading intelligent manufacturer of green building material solutions.
