  • Professional repair solutions are available for damage caused by improper construction.

  • 7×24 multilingual online support via video and email, covering construction methods, mixing ratios and surface preparation.

Domestic Transportation

Domestic orders are supported by full truckload (FTL) and less-than-truckload (LTL) logistics services. For large-scale construction projects, dedicated trucks can be arranged for direct delivery to the project site.

International Transportation

Export shipments mainly rely on Full Container Load (FCL) and Less than Container Load (LCL) ocean freight. Samples and small trial orders can be shipped by air freight or international express. Door-to-door DDP/DDU services, including customs clearance and delivery, are available according to customer requirements.

Logistics Partner Network

Domestic: We cooperate with major trunk logistics providers covering nationwide delivery to county-level areas.

International: We maintain stable partnerships with professional freight forwarders to provide one-stop services including customs declaration, customs clearance, and complete export documentation.

Product Packaging Standards

1. Powder Products:
Grout, repair mortar, and leveling materials are packed in heavy-duty kraft paper woven bags with double-layer moisture-proof inner film, using standard 25kg packaging.

2. Liquid Products:
Waterproof coatings, curing agents, bonding agents, and wall coatings are packed in thick sealed plastic buckets with leak-proof inner plugs and stretch film protection.

3. Reinforced Export Packaging:
Wooden frame crates with vacuum moisture-proof film protection are used for long-distance ocean transportation, preventing leakage, moisture damage, and breakage.
