Construction Method
Base Surface Treatment: Clean wall of dust and oil, repair large holes with plaster; ensure base solid and slightly damp.
Mixing: Add powder to water, electric stir 3–5 minutes to smooth paste, rest 10 minutes then re-stir; use within 2 hours.
Application: Apply first coat with trowel (0.5–1mm), after dry apply second coat to total thickness 1–2mm; smooth surface with trowel.
Sanding & Priming:After fully dry (24–48h), sand smooth with #240–#320 sandpaper, dust off, then apply primer and finish paint.
