Construction Method
Base Surface Treatment: Clean and dry surface; apply anti-alkali primer; for metal, apply anti-rust primer; ensure no dust or oil.
Mixing: For two-component, mix base and curing agent at ratio, stir 3–5 minutes, rest 15 minutes (induction); use within pot life.
Application: Apply 2 coats by spray, roller or brush; recommended spray for best finish; allow 4–24h between coats; total dry film 60–80μm.
Curing: Full cure in 7 days; avoid rain and high humidity during curing; clean tools with special thinner immediately.
