Construction Method
Base Surface Treatment: Apply flexible putty, primer and mid-coat first; ensure base flat, smooth and uniform color; mask windows and edges.
Preparation:Gently stir coating, do not over-mix; use dedicated spray gun with 3.0–4.0mm nozzle; test spray on sample board first.
Application: Spray granite top coat in 1–2 passes from 30–50cm distance, uniform coverage; avoid over-spray and sagging; do not stir during application.
Protection & Top Coat:After 24h dry, apply transparent protective top coat for enhanced weather and stain resistance; remove masking tape before top coat dries.
