Construction Method
Base Surface Treatment: Ensure tile adhesive fully cured (min 7 days); clean joints thoroughly, remove dust and residual adhesive; tape tile edges for easy cleanup.
Mixing: Mix A and B at 1:1 ratio, stir 3–5 minutes to uniform color; mix only usable amount within 45 minutes.
Application: Use rubber squeegee or trowel to press grout firmly into joints at 45° angle; ensure full filling, remove excess from tile surface.
Cleaning: After 30–60 minutes, clean tile surface with damp sponge (frequently rinsed); final buff with dry microfiber cloth after 24h; full cure in 7 days.
