Construction Method
Base Surface Treatment: Ensure tile adhesive fully cured (min 24h); clean joints of dust, adhesive residue and loose material; dampen joints slightly.
Mixing: Mix powder with water, stir 2–3 minutes to uniform paste, rest 3 minutes; mix only what can be used in 30 minutes.
Application: Use rubber squeegee to press grout diagonally into joints, ensure full filling; remove excess from tile surface within 15–20 minutes.
Cleaning & Curing: After initial set, clean tile surface with damp sponge in circular motion; buff off haze with dry cloth after 24h; avoid heavy traffic for 48 hours.
