Construction Method
Base Surface Treatment: Ensure base flat (≤3mm deviation per 2m), solid and clean; apply waterproof primer for absorbent substrates.
Mixing: Add powder to measured water, electric stir 3–5 minutes, rest 5 minutes then re-stir; do not add extra water.
Application: Use 10×10mm notched trowel, back-butter large tiles for full coverage; press tile firmly and level; avoid skin-over before placing tile.
Curing: Wait 48 hours before grouting, 7 days for full curing; protect from rain and frost for first 24 hours.
