Construction Method
Base Surface Treatment: Clean and dampen base; apply primer for porous substrates; ensure no standing water.
Mixing: Mix liquid and powder as ratio, electric stir 3–5 minutes, rest 5 minutes; do not add extra water.
Application: Apply 2–3 coats, first coat thin, subsequent coats perpendicular; reinforce with polyester mesh at joints and cracks; total thickness 1.5–2.0mm.
Curing & Test: Cure 72 hours, protect from frost and direct sunlight; conduct water test before tiling or covering.
