18L Outdoor-Grade Liquid Waterproof Membrane
Product Description
Product Name
Outdoor-Grade Liquid Waterproof Membrane
Brief Introduction
A high-performance liquid waterproofing material developed for exposed outdoor applications. It can be applied by roller or brush to form a continuous, flexible, and seamless waterproof membrane over properly prepared substrates.
Featuring UV resistance, weather resistance, and wide-temperature adaptability, it is suitable for rooftops, exterior walls, balconies, gutters, and other outdoor waterproofing projects.
Core Advantages
- Strong UV and aging resistance for exposed outdoor applications
- High flexibility accommodates minor movement and thermal expansion
- Cured membrane remains stable across a wide temperature range
- Forms a continuous waterproof layer without overlapping seams
- Strong adhesion to concrete, masonry, and properly prepared metal
- Weather-resistant protection for long-term exterior use
Applications
Suitable for waterproofing:
- Concrete rooftops
- Properly prepared metal roofs
- Exterior walls
- Balconies and terraces
- Gutters and drainage channels
- Canopies and roof structures
- Tunnels and outdoor concrete structures
- Localized roof and façade repairs
The substrate must be structurally sound and correctly prepared. Metal surfaces may require rust removal and a compatible primer before application.
Mixing and Dilution
Ready to use after thorough stirring. Dilution is not recommended unless otherwise specified in the manufacturer’s application instructions.
Do not mix with cement, solvents, or other coatings.
Storage and Shelf Life
Keep the bucket tightly sealed with its leak-proof inner plug. Store in a cool, dry, shaded, and well-ventilated place at 5°C–35°C. Protect from freezing, direct sunlight, and prolonged exposure to high temperatures.
Shelf life: 12 months when stored unopened under recommended conditions.

Application Instructions
1. Substrate Preparation
Ensure that the substrate is solid, flat, clean, and dry. Remove dust, oil, rust, laitance, loose particles, old coatings, and other contaminants.
Repair cracks, holes, damaged joints, and uneven areas with suitable repair materials. Reinforce corners, outlets, joints, and other vulnerable areas where necessary.
2. Stir Thoroughly
Stir the product thoroughly until its color and consistency are uniform. Do not dilute unless expressly required for a compatible primer coat.
3. Apply the First Coat
Apply an even coat using a roller, brush, or suitable spraying equipment. Ensure complete coverage without pinholes, missed areas, sagging, or excessive accumulation.
4. Apply the Second Coat
Allow the first coat to dry for approximately six hours, then apply the second coat perpendicular to the first. Additional coats or reinforcing fabric may be required at cracks, joints, corners, and high-movement areas.
5. Curing and Protection
Allow the completed membrane to cure for approximately seven days under normal conditions before water testing or prolonged exposure to standing water.
Protect the coating from rain, frost, dust, impact, and foot traffic during curing. Do not apply when rain or extreme weather is expected.
