Construction Method
Base Surface Treatment: Clean concrete surface, remove laitance and dust, roughen smooth surface, saturate with water for 6 hours.
Mixing: Mix powder with measured water, stir 2–3 minutes to uniform slurry, do not over-mix; use within 30 minutes.
Application: Apply two coats with stiff brush or spray, first coat horizontal, second coat vertical after first coat is touch-dry; total dosage 1.2–1.5 kg/m².
Curing: Moist cure for 48–72 hours with wet cloth or fine water spray; protect from freezing and direct sunlight.
