Brief Introduction
A water-based primer developed for consolidating loose, sandy, and powdery interior wall substrates. It penetrates the base, reduces surface dusting, and creates a textured bonding interface to improve the adhesion of plaster, mortar, tile adhesive, and other finishing materials.
Its low-odor formula also helps reduce moisture penetration, providing a stable and reliable substrate for subsequent wall construction.

Mixing and Dilution
Stir thoroughly before use. The product may be diluted with up to 10% clean water when required by substrate absorbency and application conditions.
Excessive dilution may reduce its consolidation and bonding performance.
Storage and Shelf Life
Keep the bucket tightly sealed with its leak-proof inner plug. Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place at 5°C–35°C. Protect from freezing, direct sunlight, and prolonged exposure to high temperatures.
Shelf life: 12 months when stored unopened under recommended conditions.

Application Instructions
1. Substrate Preparation
Ensure that the substrate is stable and free from loose particles. Remove dust, oil, dirt, laitance, peeling coatings, and other contaminants. Repair visible cracks and damaged areas with suitable mortar before application.
2. Stir and Dilute
Stir the product thoroughly until uniform. If necessary, add no more than 10% clean water according to substrate absorbency and construction requirements.
3. Apply the Primer
Apply an even coat using a roller or brush. Ensure complete coverage without missed areas, excessive accumulation, or sagging. Highly absorbent or severely powdery substrates may require an additional coat.
4. Drying and Subsequent Work
Allow the coating to dry completely and form a stable textured surface before applying plaster, mortar, putty, tile adhesive, or other finishing materials. Avoid water exposure, impact, and dust contamination during drying.
