18L Eco Wall Consolidation and Interface Primer
18L Eco Wall Consolidation and Interface Primer
Product Description
Product Name
Eco Wall Consolidation and Interface Primer
Brief Introduction
An environmentally responsible, low-VOC, water-based sealing primer designed for interior wall preparation. It penetrates and consolidates loose or sandy cement substrates, binds residual surface dust, and helps reduce alkaline migration.
The primer creates a stable base for putty and emulsion paint, improving adhesion while reducing the risk of peeling, blistering, and uneven finish.
Core Advantages
- Ultra-low-VOC, low-odor water-based formula
- Deep penetration helps reinforce loose and sandy wall substrates
- Helps control alkaline migration and paint discoloration
- Binds residual surface dust for cleaner subsequent application
- Improves the adhesion of putty and emulsion paint
- Breathable coating helps reduce blistering and peeling risks
Applications
Suitable for substrate preparation on:
- Interior cement walls
- New plastered walls
- Concrete surfaces
- Mortar-rendered walls
- Loose or sandy wall substrates
- Powdery and highly absorbent surfaces
- Walls before putty or emulsion paint application
Mixing and Dilution
Stir thoroughly before application. Dilute with 10%–20% clean water by volume according to substrate absorbency and application conditions.
Do not exceed the recommended dilution ratio, as excessive water may reduce sealing and consolidation performance.
Storage and Shelf Life
Keep the bucket tightly sealed with its leak-proof inner plug. Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place at 5°C–35°C. Protect from freezing, direct sunlight, and prolonged exposure to high temperatures.
Shelf life: 12 months when stored unopened under recommended conditions.

Application Instructions
1. Substrate Preparation
Ensure that the wall substrate is stable, dry, and free from loose particles. Remove dust, oil, dirt, laitance, peeling coatings, and other contaminants. Repair cracks, holes, and damaged areas with suitable repair mortar.
New plastered or cement-rendered walls must be sufficiently cured before primer application.
2. Stir and Dilute
Stir the product thoroughly until uniform. Add 10%–20% clean water by volume, depending on the substrate’s absorbency, and mix completely.
3. Apply the Primer
Apply one even coat using a roller, brush, or suitable spraying equipment. Ensure complete coverage without missed areas, sagging, or excessive accumulation.
Highly absorbent, loose, or severely powdery substrates may require an additional coat after the first coat has dried.
4. Drying and Subsequent Application
Allow the primer to dry completely and form a stable sealed surface before applying putty, plaster, emulsion paint, or other decorative finishes. Protect the treated surface from water, dust, and contamination during drying.
