Eco Floor Consolidation and Interface Primer
Brief Introduction
A low-VOC, water-based sealing primer developed for cement and concrete floor preparation. It penetrates and consolidates loose or dusty substrates, reduces surface sanding and dusting, and creates a stable interface for subsequent flooring materials.
The primer improves the adhesion of self-leveling compounds, tile adhesives, and cement mortars while helping reduce moisture penetration, floor hollowing, and coating delamination.

Mixing and Dilution
Stir thoroughly before application. Dilute with 10%–15% clean water by volume according to the substrate’s absorbency and on-site application conditions.
Do not exceed the recommended dilution ratio, as excessive water may reduce consolidation and bonding performance.
Storage and Shelf Life
Keep the bucket tightly sealed with its leak-proof inner plug. Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place at 5°C–35°C. Protect from freezing, direct sunlight, and prolonged exposure to high temperatures.
Shelf life: 12 months when stored unopened under recommended conditions.

Application Instructions
1. Substrate Preparation
Ensure that the floor is solid, flat, and free from loose particles. Remove dust, oil, laitance, standing water, old coatings, and other contaminants. Repair cracks, holes, and damaged areas with suitable repair mortar.
New concrete must be sufficiently cured before primer application.
2. Stir and Dilute
Stir the product thoroughly until uniform. Add 10%–15% clean water by volume and mix completely before application.
3. Apply the Primer
Apply an even coat using a roller, brush, or suitable spraying equipment. Ensure complete coverage without missed areas, puddles, or excessive accumulation.
Highly absorbent or severely dusty substrates may require a second coat after the first coat has dried.
4. Drying and Subsequent Construction
Allow the primer to dry completely and form a stable sealed surface before applying self-leveling compounds, tile adhesives, mortars, or other flooring materials. Protect the treated surface from water, dust, heavy traffic, and contamination during drying.
