Application Instructions
1. Substrate Preparation
Ensure that the base is solid and stable. Remove dust, oil, standing water, loose materials, and construction debris. Repair visible cracks and complete the required waterproofing treatment before backfilling.
2. Protect Pipes and Floor Drains
Secure all pipes, floor drains, and fittings before construction. Mark the required filling height and protect drainage openings from blockage.
3. Prepare the Mixture
Mix the backfill material thoroughly with the matching foaming agent according to the specified ratio. Continue mixing until a uniform foamed consistency is achieved.
4. Pour and Level
Pour the prepared material evenly into the required area. Distribute it around pipes and corners without leaving large cavities, then level the surface to the specified height.
5. Curing
Protect the filled area from impact, heavy loading, and water exposure during initial curing. Initial hardening takes approximately 24 hours. Allow sufficient curing time before proceeding with subsequent mortar, waterproofing, or tile-installation work.
