Construction Method
Base Concrete Preparation:Pour concrete to required level, vibrate and level; wait until concrete reaches initial set (finger test leaves 3–5mm imprint).
First Broadcast:Spread 2/3 of hardener evenly by hand or mechanical spreader; allow moisture to penetrate, then power float.
Second Broadcast & Finishing:Spread remaining 1/3 hardener perpendicular to first direction; power trowel to smooth, burnish final surface.
Curing: Apply curing compound or wet cure immediately after finishing; protect from traffic for 24 hours, full strength in 7 days.
