Construction Method
Base Surface Treatment: Clean roof of dust, oil and loose material; repair cracks and leaks first; ensure dry and solid.
Stirring: Stir coating thoroughly before and during application to keep reflective pigments uniform.
Application: Apply 2 coats with roller or brush, each 0.5–0.8mm thick; for best performance, total dry film ≥0.8mm; allow 4–6h between coats.
Curing & Maintenance: Full cure in 48 hours; recoat every 5–7 years to maintain reflectivity; clean surface annually for best performance.
