Construction Method
Base Surface Treatment: Clean metal roof of rust, dust and oil; remove loose rust; repair large holes with metal patch and sealant.
Stirring: Stir coating thoroughly before use; dilute first coat slightly for better penetration.
Application: Apply 2–3 coats with roller or brush; reinforce seams, screws and penetrations with polyester fabric embedded in coating; total thickness 1.2–1.5mm.
Curing: Allow 24–48 hours full cure; avoid rain during curing; inspect and touch up screw heads and seams.
