Construction Method

Base Surface Treatment: Clean floating dust, oil stains and loose cement on the ground, fill large holes with repair mortar in advance, wet the ground and wipe off standing water.

Mixing Operation: Add clean water at ratio 10:1, stir electrically for 2–3 minutes to get smooth slurry without particles, let stand for 2 minutes then stir again.

Pour & Level Construction: Pour slurry evenly on the ground, flatten automatically by self-leveling; pour in layers for areas with large height difference.

Curing Period: Seal and cure for 6 hours after construction, avoid heavy load rolling and long-term water immersion before full curing within 24 hours.
