Construction Method
Base Surface Treatment: Clean, dry and flat base; apply primer; ensure no standing water or dust.
Mixing: Mix A and B at specified ratio, electric stir 3–5 minutes; mix only usable amount within 30 minutes.
Application: Apply 2 coats with squeegee or roller, each 0.8–1.0mm; reinforce joints and cracks with glass fiber mesh; total thickness 1.5–2.0mm.
Curing: Allow 12–24 hours full cure; protect from rain during curing; can be covered with concrete or protective layer after cure.
