Construction Method
Base Surface Treatment: Clean floating dust, oil stains and loose concrete on walls; spray water to moisten dry walls and wipe off standing water before construction.Material Mixing: Add clean water at ratio 5:1, stir evenly with electric mixer, stand for 3–5 minutes then stir again for better flexibility.Construction Operation: Spread mortar evenly on wall base, embed anti-crack mesh cloth inside mortar layer, compact and smooth, control single layer thickness within 2–6mm.Curing Period: Air dry and cure for over 48 hours after construction; avoid strong sunlight, heavy rain and frost within 3 days.
